good things
Good morning today:
Enough sleep to wake easily early in the morning, and having time to spend a little while snuggled under the covers looking out the window at the sky.
Crepes with butter, powdered sugar, and fresh lemon. A sufficiency of bacon. A tall glass of organic milk.
Sitting with a warm purry lap kitty while sun shines in the window and prisms scatter rainbows across the room.
This week:
Discovering your tax return has been direct deposited into your account, and getting a notice that the IRS found a math error in your return that gives you an extra $20.
Spring flowers. The bright pink fragrant trees, the little cheerful daffodils and crocus and snowdrops outside, orchids blooming inside.
Walking home from work in the sunlight.
Fresh juicy oranges.
