Just for reference, if one is chilled because there is a cold snap, and is thus wrapped in a blanket at the computer and not moving around the house much, one should *not* set the bag of home-made almond roca nearby. Your mouth will be happy, but your bloodsugar will hate you.

Well, considering almond roca is basically butter toffee covered in nuts and chocolate, that's hardly surprising. :)
