My car (not unexpectedly) failed the emissions test. Bah. Now I just need to make an appointment with a certified mechanic. And drop at least $150 into fixing it. Bah, again.

Now would be a good time for the universe to gift me with a new car. :)

Not that I think I could afford the licensing fees or the insurance for a new car. Maybe just a new-ish car. I could go for that.

Just for reference, if one is chilled because there is a cold snap, and is thus wrapped in a blanket at the computer and not moving around the house much, one should *not* set the bag of home-made almond roca nearby. Your mouth will be happy, but your bloodsugar will hate you.
