- free sunny Friday afternoons featuring park benches and books
- I have a niece! :)
- barbershop concert with friends (thank you ilmarinen and art_geek), followed by hanging out with more friends
- my friend's cancer seems to be shrinking
- finding a toy said friend will love. A dragon hand puppet in a sort of maroon terry fabric and metallic silver detail (horns, wings, etc)
- backrubs
