You know, it's vaguely annoying not knowing for sure if the splitting headache, low-grade fever, and visual distortion is because of allergies to my roommate's sofa, or due to 'reading' several hundred pages. On the one hand, molds do give me these symptoms. On the other, eye strain from scanning and mentally reassembling the text does too. In any case, randomdreams is right; To Say Nothing of the Dog is a very fun book.
